Creating a light tunnel in Photoshop
1. Create a new file in Photoshop with a transparent background. The size should be what you are comforterable working in.
2. Select the gradient tool and make a new gradient. Set the type to Noise, the roughness to 100% the colour mode to RGB do not ristrict the colours or add transparency. Now click randomise until your happy with the gradient (see the picture for help).

3. Use the gradient tool to streatch the gradient across the canvas.
4. Go Filters > Convert for smart filters in the menu bar.
5. Go Filters > Pixelate > Christalize in the menu bar. Enter 17 for cell size in the window that comes up.
6. Go Filters > Blur > Radial Blur in the menu bar. Set the amount to 47, the blur method to zoom and the quality to best. Click Ok and your done.
